Vision Statement: ESP’s vision is to provide easy access to energy efficiency experts, resources, and incentives so that BC can become Canada’s leader in reducing energy consumption.

Mission Statement: ESP was designed as a communication vehicle to assist the province of BC and its partners in meeting its 2010 energy targets. Our goal is to consolidate energy efficiency information to help residents, building owners, developers, property managers, and municipalities access information on energy efficiency in buildings in BC. With several programs and services being offered through multiple channels, ESP aims to reduce the amount of confusion for all individuals and organizations that are striving to become more energy efficient.
